Sessions are either private or semi-private (2-3 people). Your journey will start with a FREE consult followed by a fitness assessment. You will meet with your trainer either virturally or a private space. Each individualized exercise program is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Our trainers take your health and fitness seriously. We understand the underlying challenges when starting any new program. We are commited to helping you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. All done in a fun, nurturing environment.
Our health coaches will assess your lifestyle and health concerns and will work with you (either by phone or zoom) to help make behavioral, nutritional and fitness changes in order to promote better health and wellness. Health coaches will work with you to help you better understand your past roadblocks and self-limiting beliefs that have prevented you from acheiving your past goals. Together you'll uncover different strategies to help implement change and develop new habits to aide in your goals. Health coaching sessions can also include exercise prescriptions that the client can do on his or her own.
Yoga instruction includes private, semi-private (2-3) and classes (five or more). Not only is yoga a practice all its own, but it is an essential compliment to any fitness program. Yoga can help develop better breathing techniques while improving core strength, balance, flexibility, overall strength and endurance. We often jump into a fitness program without considering the whole Self. Our minds, often times, are our own worst enemies. Standing in the way of achieving our most sought after goals. We place limits on our potential by repeatedly telling ourselves we can’t or we’re not good enough. Yoga can help us get out of our way to make room for what is possible. While learning ways to better deal with stress, axiety and overall mental distress.
