Our health coaching experience is designed to support your whole Self—mind, body, and lifestyle. Your coach begins with a thoughtful assessment of your daily rhythms, health concerns, and personal goals. From there, you’ll work together—by phone or Zoom—to create meaningful behavioral shifts that feel supportive, sustainable, and truly aligned with who you want to become.
This is more than goal-setting. It’s a therapeutic process of understanding what has stood in your way in the past: the patterns, the beliefs, and the quiet stories that may have limited your progress. With compassionate guidance, you’ll uncover new strategies, reframe old habits, and build healthier routines that enrich both your physical and emotional well-being.
Each session is deeply personalized, helping you cultivate strength, confidence, and consistency on your own.

Yoga instruction is offered privately, in semi-private sessions (2–3 people), and in group classes (five or more). Sessions are available for children, teens, and adults, and can be held in the comfort of your home or office.
Yoga is a deeply restorative practice and a powerful therapeutic complement to any fitness program. It supports healthier breathing patterns, gently strengthens the core, and enhances balance, mobility, and overall ease in the body.
Many of us begin a fitness journey without tending to the whole Self. Sessions are offered privately or in small semi-private groups (2–3 people). Your journey begins with a complimentary intake call followed by a personalized fitness assessment.
You’ll meet with your trainer either virtually or in a private space, depending on your preference. Each program is fully customized to your specific needs, goals, and current fitness level.
