Women come to me because they’re ready for something different — a way of caring for their bodies and minds that is compassionate, sustainable, and grounded in real life.
They’re overwhelmed, stretched thin, shifting identities, or feeling their body change in ways they didn’t expect.
And they want a guide who sees the whole picture.
That’s where I come in.
I believe women deserve support that honors the complexity of their lives — not rigid plans, unrealistic expectations, or “all-or-nothing” approaches.

My work blends:
Because you don’t need perfection — you need a path that fits the woman you are today and the woman you’re becoming.
I’ve spent decades immersed in health, movement, and wellbeing — as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and certified health coach. But I’ve also lived the very transitions I now help women navigate. The same transitions that can stand in the way of healthy habits and can impact overall wellbeing:

I know what it feels like to lose yourself… and what it takes to return to your center. My work is an extension of that lived experience — a blend of science, intuition, empathy, and strategy. Women don’t need more discipline. They need more support, structure, and self-understanding.
That’s the heart of what I teach.

My years of study matter — but it’s the combination of expertise and lived human experience that shapes my approach.
I believe women deserve support that honors the complexity of their lives — not rigid plans, unrealistic expectations, or “all-or-nothing” approaches. My work blends evidence-based health coaching, personal training, functional strength training, mindful movement and yoga instruction, behavior change psychology, emotional support, and real-world habit building. Because you don’t need perfection — you need a path that fits the woman you are today and the woman you’re becoming.
I’ve spent decades immersed in health, movement, and wellbeing — as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and certified health coach. However, I’ve also experienced the very transitions I now help women navigate: motherhood, divorce, career reinvention, hormonal shifts, identity changes, rebuilding after loss, and rediscovering my body and my strength. I understand what it feels like to lose yourself… and what it takes to return to your center. My work as a health coach is an extension of that lived experience — a blend of science, intuition, empathy, and strategy. Women don’t need more discipline; they need more support, structure, and self-understanding. That’s the heart of what I teach through personal training and yoga instruction.
