I’ve spent decades immersed in health, movement, and wellbeing — as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, and certified health coach. But I’ve also lived the very transitions I now help women navigate. The same transitions that can stand in the way of healthy habits and can impact overall wellbeing:

I know what it feels like to lose yourself… and what it takes to return to your center. My work is an extension of that lived experience — a blend of science, intuition, empathy, and strategy. Women don’t need more discipline. They need more support, structure, and self-understanding.
That’s the heart of what I teach.

My years of study matter — but it’s the combination of expertise and lived human experience that shapes my approach.
Women who are: Stressed, overwhelmed, or emotionally stretched; navigating body changes or hormonal shifts; rebuilding after major life transitions; trying to feel strong again — physically, mentally, emotionally; tired of starting over; craving a more compassionate, holistic approach to wellness.
Whether through health coaching, strength training, or yoga, my goal is the same: To help you feel grounded, capable, confident, and more connected to yourself.
I will work with you to meet you where you're at. Together we will collectively uncover the strategy and plan that works best for you. I won’t push you into harsh routines or rigid expectations or force you in any direction.
I won’t treat you like a project.
And I won’t ask you to become a “new you.”
Instead, I’ll help you return to the truest version of yourself — the one that’s been buried under stress, expectations, and life’s demands.
