Sessions are offered privately or in small semi-private groups (2–3 people). Your journey begins with a complimentary intake call followed by a personalized fitness assessment.
You’ll meet with your trainer either virtually or in a private space, depending on your preference. Each program is fully customized to your specific needs, goals, and current fitness level.
